Our delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

Weluxe Hair products can be shipped to the following countries: US, UK, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, Netherlands, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden & Switzerland etc.

Free Shipping On All Orders

Every order ships FREE with fast shipping and typically arrives within 2-4 business days after order is placed.

Processing Time:

Processing usually takes 1 business day, regardless of shipping options. We ship daily during the week, excluding holiday, no packages are shipped on the weekend. We always aim to process and ship within the same day whenever possible.

Order Delivery Process:

1. Immediately after ordering you will receive a confirmation email including order details. Order date, purchase total, billing info and shipping information.
2. We need 1 business day to process your order, weekends and holidays not included. When you receive your order email, please carefully check your shipping address, if you find any errors, please immediately contact us at info@weluxehair.com
3. Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update, we appreciate your patience.
