Returns and exchanges made after 30 days will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- Order must be purchased from weluxehair.com
- Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept unused & unopened products for a return or exchange.
- Product must be in original packaging.
- Gift sets & kits must be returned in full with no missing pieces.
Damaged/Defective Products or Incorrect Quantities Delivered:
We do our absolute best to ensure you only receive the best service from us, however accidents do happen and if your products arrive damaged/defective or missing any parts then you MUST inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Send a clear photo or video of any damages AND the shipping package to us by email at (email@example.com) or contact us via our live chat option.
Products Ordered in Error:
If you ordered the wrong product or simply changed your mind; no problem. Products ordered in error may be returned as long as we receive them in unused, perfect condition and within 30-day return window.
If you wish to cancel an order placed through our website, please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel. We cannot guarantee a cancellation at this stage.

Note: Once an order has been processed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment department for packing and shipping. We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled, however will do our absolute best. If your order has already shipped, we cannot stop it and it will be delivered. Unwanted and unused items can be returned after they are received.
How Long Will It Take to Receive a Credit for My Returned Items?
Returns are generally processed within 7-14 business days after we receive your items. Refunds can only be made to the original form of payment and to the person listed as the “bill to” customer. Once we have processed your refund in can take your bank up to 3-5 days to credit your account, this depends entirely on your banking institution.
To start a return, please contact us with a return request, afterwards please allow up to 2-4 business days for one of our return specialists to approve your request. On weekends or holidays please allow more time. If your request is approved, we will then provide return instructions. If for some reason, we cannot approve your return request we will contact you via email.
Customers are required to pay non-refundable shipping costs which will be deducted from your return credit. We also charge a 35% restocking fee on any and all Weluxe Hair products that meet the 30 days return or exchange policy.
Any items that have been returned due to damages/defects will be tested upon receipt. If we find that there are not damages, we will return the product to you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Before shipping your returns please be sure they are carefully packaged. Weluxe Hair will not be responsible for any returns/exchanges that are damaged or lost in shipping. We highly recommend that you use a reputable shipping method that can be tracked. If our above shipping and return policies are not properly followed, then we reserve the right to decline return processing.
If at any time Weluxe Hair suspects misuse of our return policy, we reserve the right to cancel or limit orders. We want our customers to have a wonderful shopping experience and that is exactly why we provide such a generous return policy. In order to be fair to all customers we cannot allow fraud or reseller activity.
For repairs, exchanges or to cancel any order you must first contact us by email email@example.com We will not accept any customer exchanges/returns etc. that have not first been requested by email. Any loss will be at the customer expense.
